Kirk Franklin nabbed the Best Gospel Song and Best Gospel Album for “Hello Fear” at the Grammy Awards on Sunday afternoon.
In the other Gospel categories Le’Andria Johnson won Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Music Performance for “The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson;” Laura Story nabbed Best Contemporary Christian Music Song for “Blessings,” and Chris Tomlin won Best Contemporary Christian Music Album with “And If Our God Is For Us…”
And congrats also go out to Joy Williams, whose band Civil Wars won Best Folk Album for “Barton Hollow.”
