Switchfoot been quite consistent about this since the early days. For a few years, I think, they seemed to shy away from playing Christian music festivals, perhaps simply to do other things. But more recently they have headlined at a number of faith-based music event, including at the Unity Festival in Michigan in 2011. The band is always well received wherever they play.

I Am very proud of this girl for standing up. And those very Judges need to be witnessed too about Jesus –_– ..Then maybe they would have reacted in a different manner. I want to be a singer too and Moriah has been a big inspiration for me. You go girl !!

I just saw Third Day yesterday after the Rockies’ game in Denver, and “y’all” sounded amazing! I love seeing you perform live shows, and I love the intimate venues (saw you last year at Elitch’s, too); but the best place to see my #1 band would be Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison — it would be a slice of heaven :) Can’t wait for your new C.D., and hope you’ll be back in Denver again soon! Really encouraging and blessed me. How she acts and keeps her faith and lifestyle. American Idol’ s judges a bit too much, it should be purely about voice not lifestyle or faith contest.
